Desk Job?


Anyone else have a desk job? If so, you know the feelings that come with sitting for a majority of the day! About 2pm [now] I get super antsy. By the end of the day I just don't feel like doing anything anymore. Somehow sitting all day ends up stifling any energy I had, and making me less productive & lazier. So.. I set out in search for some exercises I could do at my desk. Her are some articles I found:

I might have just sat here flexing my *cheeks* for an entire 5 minutes thanks to one of those articles.. lol :) I'm looking forward to making my day a little more active thanks to these ideas- hopefully they'll come in handy for some of you too! And, if you're super hardcore, you could always go this route...

These are great articles! I sit for 8 hours every day at my desk, hate it!!! I drink a lot of water so I have to get up and pee. That is my trick so I don't get too antsy.
